REFUND POLICY
To request a refund for tickets purchased on our website, submit a request by following the “Refund Tickets” link in the confirmation email at least 30 minutes before the printed showtime on the ticket/confirmation.
Refunds or exchanges can also be made at the theater's box office, but they must be presented at least 10 minutes before the showtime.
To exchange tickets purchased online at the box office, the credit card used in the purchase must be presented.
To refund tickets purchased online (minus the online fee) at the box office, the confirmation number and credit card used in the online purchase must be presented at the box office.
Refunds can only be applied to another purchase or returned to the original card.
Tickets purchased online using a Flagship gift card are not refundable unless presented to the box office before the showtime.
Movie tickets purchased through flagshipcinemas.com include non-refundable convenience fees. Before purchasing, we urge you to confirm the details of your purchase, including the movie title, time, location, seat numbers (at reserved seating locations), and quantity of tickets for the movie you wish to see.
Once the showtime for the ticket has passed, tickets are not refundable. No exceptions can be made.
